Lowara Presfix Beta Pressurisation Unit and Zilmet Expansion Vessel Installation

It has been some time since we installed a Lowara Presfix Beta Pressurisation Unit; so when our lads installed one recently we thought it would make a nice post!

The existing analogue filler had U/S switches and PRV, the vessel diaphragm had failed and given age and overall condition we recommended replacement of both. This Presfix Beta and Zilmet expansion vessel provide a nice, simple upgrade in this instance.

This is a site we have been completing a fair amount of project work at in recent years and with increased redundancy in mind they are moving to twin-pump pressure units like this and installations with ongoing service and maintenance in mind.
