Vacuum Degasser Installations
We were successful in winning the job and attended site to install the 2no. O2-X Vacuum Degassers and Magnetite filters to the LTHW and CHW systems on site.
Our engineers Antony Chesters Carl Rogerson and John Murphy attended to complete both installs in the same day to replace the existing Spirotech units which had been isolated and condemned by others.
The O2-X is our vacuum degasser of choice due to its ultra-modern design, high performance active degassing, clear touch screen controls and simple operation & maintenance. The Mag filter is also simple to strip and clean to contribute to a cleaner system content.
Vacuum Degassing is highly beneficial for closed loop systems and can help extend the life of your pipework, pumps and bellows. Vacuum Degassing also helps provide energy savings and research out of Scandinavia highlights an average of around 9% energy savings with active degassing installed, depending on system size and operating characteristics.
