Liverpool Hotel – Fixed Speed to Variable Speed Conversion

PressBoost were recently contacted by this hotel in Liverpool as they wanted a replacement booster unit as part of their energy saving works across site given the current energy crisis. This week we attended to carry out the replacement installation, working from 23:00 through the night to minimise disruption to the hotel, with water restored in the early hours.

We have to give thanks to Stuart Turner who managed to turn this booster set around for us in 3-days to allow us to meet a deadline imposed by site. Along with the conversion to variable speed, we re-sized this set based on the actual usage within the hotel and we’re able to reduce pump size as the previous set was oversized. This will further increase the energy savings this hotel is now going to realise.
