Pressurisation Unit Installations – H-Line
Similar to an installation completed at another high school recently this school had 1no. Pressurisation Unit feeding both the LTHW and CHW Systems in a design that could not work.
We have attended in normal hours and outside of normal hours to complete these installations to minimise disruption to the schools at all times. An RPZ Valve has also been installed to provide legal quick filling means for the school going forward.
The HL Hydronics H-Line is the unit of choice here as space is absolutely critical in these energy centres. With a 190-litre PE tank on the CHW and 350-litre PE tank on the LTHW, the 2no. H-Lines utilise the same space as the old unit, critically, not taking up any more space in the plantroom.
More fantastic work from our engineers Antony Chesters, Andy Shelley and Kieran Shields.
It is so pleasing to split these systems after all these years and provide a long-term viable solution that will contribute to reduced faults, better system quality and smoother operating. Pluss, seeing and realising the growth of the H-Line in the UK market!
