RPZ Valve Replacements – Welsh University

Along with our core offering of pressure and booster maintenance, we also specialise in the test, commissioning and installation of RPZ Valves [BA devices].

Following annual testing of the valves pictured these 2x valves failed at this major Welsh university. Given the criticality these needed to be replaced urgently so we quickly attended to install the new valves; and restored service.

Under Water Regs [AIM-08-01] RPZ Valves must be tested and certificated at least on an annual basis to confirm their continued compliance; by an accredited tester approved by the water supply industry.
