We recently completed this smart Xylem Hydrovar X GHV Booster Set installation at a large Hotel in Central Glasgow.
The existing pumps were over 30-years old and obsolete. Site were running them until failure and the last pump failed leaving the site with multiple water outages in a short space of time. Our engineers attended the same day and completed a very temporary fix to buy us a couple of days whilst we sourced a new unit.
We then returned to site a couple of days later and installed the new Hydrovar X set. We also installed a supplementary flow through vessel to provide more stored volume and aid the operation of the pumps.
Our engineers completed these works during a planned shut down between check out and check in, fantastic work from our engineers Andy Shelley and Carl Rogerson.
