Variable Speed Cold Water Booster Set Installation Central London

We were recently contacted by a new customer who found us via our website.

They had a booster unit in a shed feeding 6no. high end apartments in Central London which was dilapidated and down to 1-pump which they were looking to replace.

We successfully won the work and our engineers Carl Rogerson and Kieran Shields attended site and completed the below:

• Cut out rotten shed floor base and removed from site, installed new treated ply base.
• Installed system and suction isolation valves for future service and maintenance as none previously present.
• Supplied installed tubular heater and RCD socket as they previously had no heater or socket in the shed, along with low water switch to tank to protect the booster set.
• Modified existing pipework and electrics to suit the new unit, including new insulation.
• Supplied and installed a Xylem SMB20 cold water booster set and commissioned.

This customer was over the moon with this job and our engineers went above and beyond on the day which did not go unnoticed.
