Fixed Speed to Variable Speed Booster Set Replacement

This is a job we have been quoting for a long, long time!

The existing fixed speed booster set in this North West Hospital had been down to a single pump and constantly running for the past 6 service visits!

Budget constraints had meant site held on for as long as they could before replacing. Fortunately, the existing set survived until site had the necessary funds in place to replace it.

Our engineers Antony Chesters and Kieran Buckley-Sheilds attended site through the night to replace this set. All pipework and electrics modified to suit the new unit with new isolation valves fitted locally to the set. A very smart looking Xylem SMB unit providing best in class efficiency is the ideal set to replace the existing unit; which had served its time admirably.
