Lowara Hydrovar X installation – Student Accommodation Liverpool

We were recently asked to provide a quotation for a replacement booster set at this apartment block in Liverpool following a series of water outages they had experienced, leaving the building teetering on one remaining pump.

We quoted for multiple options with the client pursuing the Xylem Hydrovar X option. And what an option it is, the set is IE5 rated making it one of the most energy efficient in the market, it has multiple flow through pump vessels with anti-legionella valves, multiple pressure transducers and all master inverters, providing important redundancy.

This work was carried out during a reading week for the students so the block was at low occupancy. This helped manage the cost so the works could be completed in normal working hours.
