PressBoost have recently designed and began installing our new DIGICAB pressurisation unit. Currently in our pressurisation unit range we already have the Autopress and Digipress, which are both wall mounted. The DIGICAB is a floor mounted equivalent of the Digipress. One recent install with the new DIGICAB was at a site in Leeds, the site had a number of problems with two pressurisation units in the same plant room, one feeding the LTHW and one feeding the leisure centre next door. Both units were extremely dilapidated and ageing. The unit on the left (before 1) had U/S controls, U/S vessel and the pump was struggling to deliver. The unit on the right (before2), had 1 pump U/S and numerous controls U/S and obsolete. Furthermore, after carrying out further calculations of the system, we found that the LTHW system needed a 500 Litre expansion vessel installing as they currently did not have enough expansion to meet the demands of the system. The equipment was in serious need of replacement as it was beyond economical repair. Please see before and after:

As you can see from the pictures above, the DIGICAB benefits from being fully enclosed, while it also has two pumps and digital controls.
